PRE-ORDERING RESERVES AN ITEM WITHIN THE COLLECTION FOR YOU
Many of our collections sell through before they even arrive into our warehouse. This means if you prefer to wait until the product arrives it may be too late.
YOUR CARD IS NOT CHARGED UNTIL THE ITEM ARRIVES AT OUR WAREHOUSE
The big benefit here is that you can reserve the item at no cost to you until the item arrives at our warehouse. We do not tie up your funds by requesting full payment far in advance or by requiring an outrageous deposit.
WHAT HAPPENS IF THE PRODUCT GETS CHANGED?
If for any reason the product is cancelled by the manufacturer, you will not pay any penalty. Its that simple.

SHIPPING COST
The shipping cost on our product are estimates. We try to get the most accurate information from the manufacturer however shipping cost are subject to changes when the products comes in.
I MIXED MY ORDERS WITH IN-STOCK ITEM
Do not worry, our billing department will split them up, but please be advised that no volume discount are applicable on pre-order items. Your invoice will be adjusted accordingly without the pre-order items being charged.
